聚丙烯用羧酸及其盐类成核剂研究

【摘要】 综述了聚丙烯(PP)成核剂的工作原理,同时,根据目前常见的羧酸及其盐类成核剂的分子结构进行了分类,并介绍了每种成核剂的改性效果。除此之外也提出了此类成核剂性能改善的方法,为后续羧酸盐类成核剂的研究发展提供了一些思路。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the working principle of polypropylene(PP) nucleating agent was reviewed, and the molecular structure of common carboxylic acids and their salt nucleating agents was classified. Meanwhile, the modification effect of each nucleating agent was introduced. In addition, the methods for improving the performance of such nucleating agents were also proposed, which provides some ideas for the subsequent research and development of carboxylate nucleating agents.
