【Abstract】 Hemolysis,elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count syndrome(HELLP syndrome)is a serious complication of pregnancy.It’s a severe form of preeclampsia.In addition,HELLP syndrome is a class of syndromes named after the clinical manifestations and clinical indicators of the disease,which is not only related to preeclampsia,but is characterized by diversity,non-specificity,multiple organ damage,and high maternal and infant mortality.In clinical work,it is important to dig deeply into the real pathogenesis and etiology behind it,identify early,diagnosis correctly and treat timely to improve the outcome of mothers and infants.更多还原
