【摘要】 目的：探析甲状腺乳头状癌患者应用经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗的作用。方法：纳入2021年7月～2023年7月本院收治的甲状腺乳头状癌患者100例为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组50例，予以不同手术方式进行治疗，对照组行经胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗，观察组行经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗，对比指标为患者手术指标、免疫指标、美观程度、并发症发生率。结果：对比两组手术指标、免疫指标、美观程度、并发症发生概率结果显示，观察组患者各项指标明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对甲状腺乳头状癌患者采用经口前庭入路腔镜手术治疗可取得较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral vestibular approach for thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods: A total of 100 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were included as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group, and treated in different ways. The control group underwent thoracoscopic thyroidectomy through the thoracic approach, while the observation group underwent thoracoscopic thyroidectomy through the oral vestibular approach. The comparative indicators included patient surgical indicators, immune indicators, aesthetic degree, and incidence of complications. Results: Compared with the operation index, immune index, aesthetic degree and the probability of complication, the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic surgery through the oral vestibular approach can achieve good therapeutic effects on patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.更多还原
