对乳粉中肌醇气相色谱检测法的优化

【摘要】 本研究通过对前处理操作的探究,以及对仪器条件的调整研究,优化了乳粉中肌醇的气相色谱检测方法。样品含有的肌醇通过水和乙醇提取,然后采用硅烷化试剂进行衍生反应,后采用正己烷进行肌醇的提取,最终由气相色谱仪检测。方法结果表明肌醇浓度在2~40μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数R~2=0.999,研究采用35、50、80mg/100g3个浓度样品进行回收率试验,结果平均值范围为102.6%~103.5%,对2个样品分别进行6个平行精密度试验,结果相对标准偏差分别为2.10%、2.20%。方法重复性和稳定性良好,且前处理操作步骤相对简化、仪器检测时间较短,适用于乳粉中肌醇含量的检测,可为相关研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 A gas chromatographic method for the detection of inositol in milk powder was established through pretreatment exploration and optimization of instrument conditions from this study. The inositol in the sample was extracted with water and ethanol, derivatized with a silylation reagent, and extracted with n-hexane, and finally separated and detected by gas chromatography. The method results showed that the concentration of inositol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2~40μg/mL, the linear correlation coefficient R~2=0.999, the study used 35,50, and 80mg/100g samples for recovery experiments, and the average range of the results was 102.6%~103.5%,six parallel precision experiments were performed on the two samples respectively, and the RSD of the results were 2.10% and 2.20%, respectively. The method has good repeatability and stability, and the pretreatment steps are relatively simplified and the instrument detection time is short, which is suitable for the detection of inositol content in milk powder, in order to provide reference for related research.
