纯钼选区激光熔化(SLM)成形过程中致密化行为研究

【摘要】 原料粉体特性及激光参数是选区激光熔化成形(selective laser melting, SLM)致密化行为的主要影响因素。本文针对纯钼难熔金属,对市售细颗粒团聚钼粉进行喷雾造粒和等离子二次球化处理各阶段粉体性能进行表征,对比造粒钼粉和等离子球化粉SLM成形性的差异。同时,研究激光参数(重点激光功率、曝光时间、点间距和线间距)对纯钼致密化行为的影响规律,找出适合纯钼SLM成形的激光参数窗口,并探索纯钼SLM成形致密化机理。研究结果对钼金属部件SLM成形时原料粉选取和制备及激光参数设定具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of raw powder and laser parameters are the main factors influencing the densification behavior of parts produced by elective laser melting(SLM). This paper characterizes the performance of commercially available agglomerated fine molybdenum powder at various stages of spray granulation and plasma secondary spheroidization, comparing the SLM formability differences between granulated molybdenum powder and plasma-spheroidized powder. Additionally, the study investigates the influence of laser parameters(such as laser power, exposure time, spot spacing, and line spacing) on the densification behavior of pure molybdenum, identifying the optimal laser parameter window for SLM processing of pure molybdenum and exploring the densification mechanism of pure molybdenum during SLM processing. The findings provide guidance for the selection and preparation of raw materials and the setting of laser parameters during the SLM forming of molybdenum metal components.
