煤矿机车联动全过程智能装车系统研究与应用
Research and application of full-process intelligent railway loading technology with locomotive linkage
【摘要】 针对煤矿装车过程中人工驾驶火车车速难以控制、人工装车时易出现误操作及配合失误造成的装车偏载和撒料等问题,研究了煤矿机车联动全过程智能装车系统,介绍了该智能装车系统的总体工艺设计,详细阐述了该智能装车系统的设计及关键技术。实际应用表明,该智能装车系统将智能装车技术、自适应上料技术、车厢信息识别技术同机车辅助驾驶技术相融合,实现了不同车型不同物料装车时从机车站前对位开始到最终装车结束的全系统工艺流程的智能化无人化控制,降低了装车偏载率,提高了装车效率,避免了人工误操作带来的装车事故,实现了快速定量装车过程中的有人巡视,无人操作,减人增效的目标。
【Abstract】 In response to the difficulties in controlling the speed of manually driven trains during railway loading, as well as the possibility of misoperation and coordination errors during manual loading, resulting in loading deviation and material scattering, the full-process intelligent loading system with locomotive linkage was studied, the overall process design of the intelligent loading system was introduced, and the system design and key technologies of the intelligent loading system were elaborated in detail. Practical applications have shown that the intelligent loading system integrates intelligent loading technology, adaptive loading technology, carriage information recognition technology with locomotive assisted driving technology, achieving full-process intelligent and unmanned control from front station locomotive alignment to final loading of different vehicle models and materials during loading. It reduces loading deviation rate, improves loading efficiency, avoids loading accidents caused by manual misoperation, and achieves the goals of manned inspection, unmanned operation, personnel reduction and efficiency increase in the rapid and quantitative loading process.
