【摘要】 目的 了解黑龙江省15岁及以上人群电子烟使用现状，为及时更新黑龙江省烟草控制策略提供数据支持。方法 于2020年采用多阶段分层概率抽样法，抽取全省15岁及以上常住居民，利用平板电脑进行面对面问卷调查。使用SAS 9.3及SPSS 19.0统计软件进行数据清洗，并对电子烟使用比例、知晓率、知晓途径等指标进行分析。结果 本次调查共收集有效个人问卷6608份。共有41.5%的15岁及以上人群听说过电子烟，其中65.0%通过朋友知晓电子烟，其次是通过电视(54.3%)和互联网(43.9%);曾经使用过、12个月内使用过、现在使用电子烟的比例分别为3.9%、1.4%、0.8%;电子烟的主要获取途径是网上购物(40.3%),其次为他人给予(36.1%);使用电子烟的主要原因是为了戒烟(49.6%),其次是认为电子烟危害小、身边的其他人在使用、觉得时尚，分别占比18.9%、12.5%、9.6%。结论 黑龙江省有部分15岁及以上人群通过不同途径知晓电子烟，现在使用电子烟的比例不高，仍需在宣传传统卷烟危害的同时，增加电子烟危害知识的宣传内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of e-cigarette use among people aged 15 and over in Heilongjiang Province, in order to provide data support for timely updating of tobacco control strategies in Heilongjiang Province.Methods In 2020,themulti-stage stratified probability sampling method was adopted, the extract permanent residents aged 15 and above were selected from the whole province, and IPAD was used to conduct face-to-face questionnaire survey.The statistical software of SAS 9.3 and SPSS 19.0 were used for data cleaning and related analysis such as proportion, awareness rate, and awareness pathways, chi-square test was used for comparison between different groups, and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results A total of 6608 valid personal questionnaires were collected in this survey.There were 41.5% of people aged 15 and over had heard of e-cigarettes in Heilongjiang Province; and 65.0% of the population knew about e-cigarettes through friends, followed by television(54.3%)and the internet(43.9%);The proportions of e-cigarettes used before, used within 12 months, and currently used were3.9%,1.4%,and 0.8%,respectively; The main way to obtain e-cigarettes was through online shopping(40.3%),followed by giving by the others(36.1%);The main reason for using e-cigarettes was to quit smoking(49.6%),followed by the belief that e-cigarettes were less harmful, that others around them were using them, and that e-cigarettes were fashionable, accounting for 18.9%,12.5% and 9.6%,respectively.Conclusion Parts of people aged 15 and overare aware of e-cigarettes through different channels in Heilongjiang Province, and the proportion of e-cigarettes currently used is not high.It is still necessary to increase the awareness of the hazards of electronic cigarettes while promoting the hazards of traditional cigarettes.更多还原
