【摘要】 口腔癌作为头颈部较为普遍的一种恶性肿瘤，其严重性不容忽视。这种疾病不仅发病率较高，且由于其较低的5年生存率，已成为一个严重的公共卫生问题。口腔癌的治疗和预后与许多因素相关，其中，患者就医的时机尤为关键。据相关文献报道，如果口腔癌患者在出现症状后延迟就医超过3个月，其疾病进展到晚期阶段的风险将显著增加。本文对国内外关于口腔癌患者延迟就医行为的现状进行全面总结和归纳，分析了多种可能影响患者就医行为的因素，包括患者对口腔癌的认知、心理社会变量、健康素养、社会经济水平、口腔检查习惯等。此外，本文还探讨了筛查方案对提高口腔癌早期发现率的作用。本文对我国口腔癌患者延迟就医问题的研究和解决具有一定参考价值，为制定有效的预防和控制策略提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oral cancer, a common malignancy of the head and neck, is a major public health concern due to its high incidence and low five-year survival rate. Treatment and prognosis are influenced by several factors, with timely medical consultation being of paramount importance. Studies have shown that delays of more than three months between the onset of symptoms and seeking medical attention significantly increase the risk of oral cancer progression to advanced stages.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the current literature on delayed medical consultation in oral cancer patients, both nationally and internationally. It analyzes various factors that may influence patient behavior, including oral cancer awareness and knowledge, psychosocial variables, health literacy, socioeconomic status, and oral examination habits. It also examines the role of screening programs in increasing early detection rates. This review provides valuable insights for understanding and addressing the issue of delayed medical consultation among oral cancer patients in China,and provides a basis for developing effective prevention and control strategies.更多还原
