【Abstract】 Cerasus humilis(Bge.) Sok. is a unique wild shrubby fruit tree in China, the fruit, kernel, flower, leaf and root of which can all be used. Therefore, it has significant economic, medicinal, ecological and ornamental value.In this paper, the nutritional value and current development and utilization of Cerasus humilis(Bge.) Sok. were reviewed. Meanwhile, the existing problems in the development and utilization process were discussed and prospected, in order to provide reference and theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Cerasus humilis(Bge.)
