不同杀菌剂对小白菜软腐病菌室内活性的影响及田间防效试验
The Effect on Indoor Biological Activity of Different Bactericides against Pectobacterium carotovorum of Pakchoi Cabbage and Field Control Efficiency
【摘要】 小白菜软腐病是小白菜夏季栽培中的常见病害。为了筛选出对小白菜软腐病具有显著性防效的药剂,本试验采用牛津杯抑菌圈测定法,通过建立回归方程,进行EC50值分析,测定了6种高效低毒的杀菌剂对小白菜软腐病菌的离体抑菌效果及防治效果。结果表明,20%春雷霉素水分散粒剂(WG)、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂(WP)、50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂(SP)、30%噻唑锌悬浮剂(SC)对软腐病菌均具有抑菌活性,且田间软腐病防效较好,可作为防治小白菜软腐病的优选杀菌剂。
【Abstract】 Soft rot is a common disease in summer cultivation of pakchoi cabbage. To select the suitable bactericides for control of soft rot of pakchoi cabbagee by Pectobacterium carotovorum, oxford-cup antimicrobial method was used to establish the regression equation and get EC50 value, further analyzed combined with disease incidences,disease index and control effect in field. Results showed that kasugamycin 20% WG, zhongshengmycin 3% WP,chloroisobromine cyanuric acid 50% SP and zinc thiazole 30% SC had antibacterial activity against soft rot bacteria,and the control effect of soft rot was good, they could be used as the optimal bactericides for controlling soft rot.
