【摘要】 目的：综合分析上海市家庭病床服务的发展现状并提出针对性建议，为其他地区开展家庭病床服务提供参考和借鉴。方法：采用定性定量相结合的方法收集和分析资料，以SWOT分析为框架，探讨上海市开展家庭病床服务的内部优势与劣势，外部机遇与威胁。结果：上海市家庭病床服务的优势在于服务网络完善，质量控制管理完善，患者经济负担小、满意度高；劣势在于缺少诊疗规范，人力资源缺乏，针对医护人员的激励不足，未建立统一的信息化系统；机遇在于居民对服务的需求量大，政府政策支持；威胁在于对家庭病床服务的宣传不足，居民对家庭病床服务的质量要求高。结论：上海市开展家庭病床服务，应增强服务能力，加大人力资源投入，动员社会力量参与家庭病床服务，加快建立统一的信息系统，加大宣传力度，并争取更多的医保政策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To comprehensively analyze the development status of hospital at home in Shanghai and put forward targeted suggestions, so as to provide reference for the development of hospital at home in other regions. METHODS Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to collect and analyze data. SWOT analysis was used as a framework to explore the internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and threats of developing hospital at home in Shanghai. RESULTS The strengths of hospital at home in Shanghai lie in the well-developed service network, quality control and management, low economic burden on patients and high satisfaction; the weaknesses lie in the lack of diagnostic and treatment standards, the lack of human resources, insufficient incentives, and the failure to set up a unified information system; the opportunities lie in the high demand for the service by residents and the government’s policy support; and the threats lie in the lack of publicity and the residents’ high demand for the quality of the service. CONCLUSION Hospital at home in Shanghai should strengthen the service capacity, increase the input of human resources, mobilize social forces to participate in service provision, speed up the establishment of a unified information system, and on the basis, increase publicity to get more support from medical insurance policies.更多还原
