【摘要】 目的：系统归纳影响脑卒中患者社会疏离感的因素，为采取针对性的干预措施提供参考，促进患者及早康复和回归社会。方法：利用计算机检索中英文文献数据库，检索时间为建库至2023年3月。由2名研究员独立筛选文献、提取资料和进行质量评价，归纳与总结纳入研究的基本情况与结果。结果：共纳入14项研究，涉及年龄、文化程度、抑郁、病耻感、社会支持、脑卒中史等29个影响因素，并将其归为个人因素、心理因素、社会因素及疾病因素4大类。结论：影响脑卒中社会疏离水平的主要因素有家庭月收入、病耻感、社会支持、脑卒中史，次要因素有居住地、抑郁、自我效能、心理弹性、症状负担、神经功能缺陷、日常生活活动能力、合并慢性病情况。其他尚存在争议的影响因素未来需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To systematically summarize social alienation and its influencing factors in stroke patients, provide reference for effective intervention measures and promote patient recovery and return to society. METHODS It searched Chinese-English document database from inception to March, 2023. Two evaluators conducted literature screening data extraction and quality evaluation respectively and then induced and summarized basic situation and results of included study. RESULTS A total of 14 studies were included, involving 29 influencing factors such as age, educational level, depression, stigma, social support and stroke history.These factors were summarized into four categories: personal factors, psychological factors, social factors and disease factors.CONCLUSION The study shows that the main factors affecting level of social alienation in stroke patients include family monthly income, stigma, social support and stroke history and secondary factors include residence, depression, self-efficacy, psychological resilience, symptom burden, neurological functional deficits, daily living ability and comorbidities with chronic diseases. Other controversial influencing factors need to be validated through more high-quality research.更多还原
