上海市徐汇区幼儿园教师注意缺陷多动障碍知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

【摘要】 目的:调查上海市徐汇区幼儿园教师注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)知识的知晓情况,分析与幼儿园教师ADHD知识知晓情况相关的因素。方法:2022年9月采用整群抽样法抽取徐汇区8所幼儿园的教师进行调查,使用自编多动症知晓情况调查表调查幼儿园教师对ADHD相关知识的知晓水平。结果:徐汇区幼儿园教师对ADHD知识的平均总知晓率为71.6%±6.5%,其中,对ADHD病因知识的知晓率最高,为77.0%±10.7%;对ADHD的教育管理知识知晓率最低,为51.7%±13.8%。幼儿园级别与教师对ADHD总体认识和病因知识的知晓率显著相关,教师岗位、性别与教师对ADHD后果知识的知晓率显著相关。结论:徐汇区幼儿园教师对ADHD知识的知晓率处于中上等水平,大部分教师会对ADHD儿童有一定程度的关注,也粗略知晓儿童ADHD的病因、治疗等相关知识,但教师对ADHD儿童教育管理的认识不足,需要进一步加强有关ADHD科学知识的系统培训。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) among kindergarten teachers in Xuhui District on general knowledge,etiology,consequences,treatment,and educational management knowledge of ADHD,and further analyze the factors related to kindergarten teachers’ ADHD knowledge.METHODS The teachers from 8 kindergartens in Xuhui District were selected by cluster sampling method.The self-designed ADHD awareness questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness of ADHD.RESULTS The overall awareness rate of kindergarten teachers in Xuhui District of Shanghai was71.6%±6.5%,the awareness rate of the etiological knowledge of ADHD was the highest 77.0%±10.7%,and the awareness rate of the educational management knowledge of ADHD was the lowest 51.7%±13.8%.Kindergarten level was significantly correlated with teachers’ general and etiology knowledge of ADHD.There was a significant correlation between teacher position and teachers’ awareness of ADHD consequences.Gender was significantly correlated with teachers ’ consequences knowledge of ADHD.CONCLUSION Kindergarten teachers in Xuhui District of Shanghai have an above-average awareness rate of ADHD knowledge.Most teachers have a certain degree of attention to children with ADHD and roughly know the causes and treatment of children with ADHD.However,teachers’ understanding of the education management of children with ADHD is still insufficient,so it is necessary to further strengthen the systematic training of scientific knowledge about ADHD.
