【摘要】 中国经济仍处在高速到中速或高速增长到高质量发展的深度动能转换期。当前面临的挑战是尽快找到稳增长促转型的新办法。我国目前的经济状况与日本20世纪90年代初泡沫经济破裂后的状况有相似之处，但总体而言情况差别很大。近年来我国经济结构呈现出新变化、新特征，需要在稳定传统产业的同时，通过一批高技术含量、高附加值的产业升级与新产业发展进行对冲、更替和升级。宏观政策方面要注重稳定和平衡，立足于结构性改革挖掘新增长潜能，重点是促进城乡融合发展中的“三个平等”，同时以更大力度理解保护弘扬企业家精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese economy is still in a period of deep momentum transition from high-speed to medium-speed or high-speed growth to high-quality development. The challenge now is to find new ways to stabilize growth and promote transformation as soon as possible.
