基于物联网云平台智能开关与温控系统设计

【摘要】 传统智能家居系统配网操作复杂,设计了一套基于物联网智能家居系统。系统采用智能化配网方式简化配网操作过程,设计了智能插座实现对家用电器的远程控制,STM32单片机管理温度传感器和继电器,WR3 Wi-Fi模块处理单片机和服务器之间的通信,通过服务器远程连接到手机。传感器采集的温度数据上传到Tuya物联网云服务器。使用PID算法对温度控制进行建模和仿真,用户通过手机APP实现对用电设备的移动终端远程监控和温度控制。测试结果表明,所设计的系统运行正常,配网操作简单,温度范围可调,功耗低,扩展性好。

【Abstract】 The traditional home electrical management system is flawed and lacks intelligence. Therefore, this paper designs a smart home system based on the Internet of Things. The system uses STM32 to manage the temperature sensor and relay, while WR3 Wi-Fi module handles the communication between STM32 and the server, and then remotely connects to the mobile phone through the server. The temperature data collected by the sensor is uploaded to the Tuya IoT cloud server. After receiving the data, the server compares the received data to a data threshold. If there is an abnormality, the system will notify the user and shut down the device. In terms of software, the program is written on software, and the temperature PID control algorithm is modeled and simulated in Matlab. The user provides instructions through the mobile phone APP, watches the temperature of the device, and remotely controls whether the device is running, thereby realizing the mobile terminal of the electric device. Remote monitoring and temperature control. The test results show that the designed system runs normally, with simple operation, adjustable temperature range, low power consumption and good scalability.
