【摘要】 目的 评估汕头大学医学院标准化病人（SP）模拟质量，为提高SP模拟质量、完善SP规范化培训体系提供参考。方法 以汕头大学医学院已参与临床技能考核的1 124名临床医学专业学生为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 大四年级学生对SP模拟质量的评价优于其他年级，参与病史采集和体格检查的学生对SP模拟能力的评分最高。结论 SP模拟质量整体处于较高水平，但SP模拟能力相对不足，尤其是对非语言表达内容的模拟，应采取针对性的措施提高SP模拟能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the quality of standardized patient(SP) simulation at Shantou University Medical College,and provide reference for improving SP simulation quality and perfecting SP standardized training system.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,124 clinical medical students who have participated in clinical skill assessment at Shantou University Medical College.Re sults Grade 4 students rated the quality of SP simulation better than other grades,and students who participated in medical history collection and physical examination rated SP simulation ability is highest.Conclusion The overall quality of SP simulation is at a high level,but its simulation ability is relatively insufficient,especially in simulating non-verbal expression content.Targeted measures should be taken to improve SP simulation ability.更多还原
