【Abstract】 The integration of industry and education is a strategic measure to solve the problem of incomplete adaptation between the supply side and industry demand side of personnel cultivation in the pharmaceutical industry under the new situation.However,there are challenges and problems in implementing deep integration of industry and education.Starting from the significance of implementing the integration of industry and education,this article analyzes the challenges and existing problems,and proposes ideas and methods for solving these problems.Taking the School of Pharmacy,Chengdu Medical College as an example,this article introduces the practical exploration of implementing deep integration of industry and education,so as to provide reference for local medical colleges to implement integration of industry and education.更多还原
