某三甲医院专业学位研究生规培满意度调查及影响因素分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)制度下专业学位研究生规培满意度现状及其影响因素,并提出建议。方法选取2019—2021年参加规培的专业学位研究生340名,利用自制问卷进行调查。结果 学员规培总体满意度评分为2.67分,对带教能力、带教态度的满意度较高,对激励措施、收入水平的满意度最低;学员总体满意度的影响因素有年龄、有无执业医师资格证、规培专业、规培细则研究情况、教学情况、诊疗管理机会、师生交流情况、手术及技能操作机会、经济与工作压力等。结论 学员规培总体满意度一般,不同学员满意度存在差异,优秀的师资队伍可提升学员满意度。应深入解读规培政策;增加经费投入,实行同工同酬;安排心理辅导与沟通技能培训;优化带教师资队伍;实施阶段性培养计划。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of satisfaction with standardized training for resident physicians(referred to as standardized training) among graduates of master of specialist,and provide suggestions.Methods 340 graduates of master of specialist who participated in standardized training from 2019 to 2021 were selected and surveyed using a self-made questionnaire.Results The overall satisfaction score of the trainees in the training program was 2.67,with high satisfaction with their teaching ability and attitude,and the lowest satisfaction with incentive measures and income levels.The factors that affect the overall satisfaction of students include age,the presence or absence of a practicing physician qualification certificate,the professional training program,the research status of the training rules,teaching situation,diagnosis and treatment management opportunities,teacherstudent communication,surgical and skill operation experience,economic and work pressure,etc.Conclusion The trainees’ overall satisfaction with standardized training is at average level,and there are differences in satisfaction among different trainees.An excellent teacher can improve the satisfaction of trainees.We should deeply interpret the regulations and training policies,increase funding investment and implement equal pay for equal work;Arrange psychological counseling and communication skills training,optimize the teachers and implement a phased training plan.
