【摘要】 为探究突发公共卫生事件背景下实习护生共情疲劳现状及影响因素，选取2022年6月至2023年1月成都市某“三甲”医院的260名实习护生为研究对象，采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版共情疲劳量表、护士职业认同评定量表进行评价。研究显示，在突发公共卫生事件背景下，实习护生处于中度共情疲劳水平。非自愿选择护理专业、不能胜任目前实习、职业认同度低、就业时不选择护理职业的实习护生更容易发生共情疲劳。医学院校及医疗机构管理者应关注此类实习护生，并制定相应的预防措施，保障护理队伍的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the status and influencing factors of empathy fatigue among nursing interns under the background of public health emergencies,260 nursing interns from "Grade-A" hospital in Chengdu City from June 2022 to January 2023 were se-lected as the research subjects,and evaluated with general information survey questionnaire,Chinese version of Empathy Fatigue Scale,and Nurse Professional Identity Assessment Scale. Research shows that in the context of public health emergencies,nursing interns are at a moderate level of empathy fatigue. nursing interns who choose nursing profession involuntarily,are unable to handle current internships,have low professional identity,and do not choose nursing profession during employment are more likely to experience empathy fatigue. Medical colleges and medical institution managers should pay attention to such interns and develop corresponding preventive measures to ensure the healthy development of the nursing team.更多还原
