基于FPGA的内感应电能量测量系统
FPGA Based Internal Induced Electric Energy Measurement System
【摘要】 内感应电能量是评估静电屏蔽袋对于静电敏感设备的保护能力的一项重要指标,其待测信号具有高频特性。针对防静电屏蔽袋高频静电放电信号(ESD)的测试信号发生及其完整性的需求,该文设计了基于FPGA的小型化、高速、高精度的内感应能量测试系统及原型机,实现了对于该ESD信号的发生、检测和分析的自动化测量功能。实验结果表明,该实验装置满足国标对于内感应电能量测量系统的要求,测量带宽为200 MHz,采样率为500 Msps,分辨率为10 mV,屏蔽效应能为36 dB。
【Abstract】 Internal induced electric energy is an important indicator to assess the protection ability of electrostatic shielding bags for electrostatic sensitive equipment,the signal to be tested has high frequency characteristics. For the anti-static shielding bag high-frequency electrostatic discharge(ESD) signal test signal generation and its integrity needs,this paper designs a miniaturized,high-speed,high-precision FPGA based internal induced energy test system and prototype,to achieve the generation of the ESD signal,detection and analysis of the automation of the measurement function. The experimental results show that the experimental device meets the requirements of the national standard for the internal induced electrical energy measurement system,with a measurement bandwidth of 200 MHz,a sampling rate of 500 Msps,a resolution of 10 mV,and a shielding effect of 36 dB.
