一种电解车间智能红外轨道式巡检机器人的设计
Design of Intelligent Infrared Orbital Inspection Robot in Electrolytic Workshop
【摘要】 设计了一种用于电解车间检测电解极板短路故障的巡检机器人,并对其机械结构、硬件组成、控制系统及通信方式进行了分析。该机器人主要由机械结构、红外图像处理系统、控制系统和上位机组成。特殊的机械结构设计可保证机器人在单股轨道上平稳运行;红外图像处理系统可精确识别电解槽中的故障点;控制系统采用主控和驱动控制的分层控制模式,有效降低了主控制器的运行负荷;上位机采用主流的Browser/client web架构,具有丰富的可视化功能,支持数据溯源。
【Abstract】 This paper designs a inspection robot for detecting short circuit faults in electrolysis plates in electrolysis workshops, and analyzes its mechanical structure, hardware composition, control system, and communication mode. The robot is mainly composed of mechanical structure, infrared image processing system, control system, and upper computer.The special mechanical structure design can ensure smooth operation of the robot on a single track. The infrared image processing system can accurately identify fault points in the electrolytic cell. The control system adopts a hierarchical control mode of main control and drive control, effectively reducing the operating load of the main controller. The upper computer adopts the mainstream browser/client web architecture, and it has rich visualization functions and supports data traceability.
