【摘要】 为了提升悬置高频动刚度计算精度,研究了一种不同预载下橡胶悬置的高频动态特性的计算方法。首先,测试了不同切向预应变下橡胶试片的动态特性,根据橡胶试片的动态特性试验数据,识别得到不同预应变下橡胶材料频域的黏弹性参数;其次,提出了一种在预载作用下,橡胶悬置高频动刚度计算的有限元建模方法;然后,根据橡胶悬置在不同预载下各个单元的八面体切应变,对悬置的单元进行分组,为每一组单元输入相应的黏弹性参数;最后,基于建立的有限元建模方法,计算了一款橡胶悬置的动态特性,测试了橡胶悬置在不同预载下的动刚度。结果表明,橡胶悬置的动刚度计算结果与试验结果的误差小于10%。

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the calculation accuracy of high-frequency dynamic stiffness for rubber mounts, a method estimating dynamic stiffness of rubber mounts under various preloads at high frequencies is presented. Firstly, the dynamic stiffness and loss angle of rubber specimens under various pre-shear strains are measured. The viscoelastic parameters of rubber in the frequency domain under various pre-strains are identified based on the experimental data. Secondly, a finite element model for estimating the dynamic stiffness of a rubber mount is proposed. Elements in the finite element model are grouped according to the octahedral shear strain under preload, with associated viscoelastic parameters input for each group. Based on the proposed method, the dynamic stiffness of a rubber mount is calculated. The dynamic characteristics of the rubber mount under various preloads are measured. Comparisons between calculated and measured dynamic stiffness show that the relative error of calculation to experiment is less than 10%.
