基于云边自动化的工业控制系统关键技术及前景展望
Exploring the Key Technologies and Future Prospects of Industrial Control Systems based on Cloud Edge Automation
【摘要】 本文探讨了基于云边自动化的工业控制系统的关键技术和未来发展前景。随着网络技术和人工智能的发展,工业控制系统正在从传统的分层、封闭架构向开放、平台化架构转变。云边自动化结合了云计算和边缘计算,优化了通信效率、系统灵活性和资源利用率。本文还讨论了虚拟化技术、网算控互动机制、新一代通信技术等方面的挑战和解决方案。最后,本文展望了云边自动化在设计制造一体化、IT/OT融合等领域的应用前景。
【Abstract】 This article discusses the key technologies and future development prospects of industrial control systems based on cloud edge automation.With the development of network technology and artificial intelligence,industrial control systems are transforming from traditional hierarchical,closed architecture to open,platform-based architecture.Cloud-edge automation combines cloud computing and edge computing to optimize communication efficiency,system flexibility,and resource utilization.Furthermore,this article discusses challenges and solutions in virtualization technology,network computing control interaction mechanism,and new generation communication technology.Ultimately,it forecasts the promising applications of cloud-edge automation in fields like integrated design and manufacturing,and the convergence of Information Technology(IT) and Operational Technology(OT).
