人工智能时代国省一体化人工影响天气综合业务平台建设

【摘要】 人工智能已成为新一轮国际竞争的焦点和科技发展的新引擎。近些年来,加强人工智能技术在行业气象服务、人工影响天气和气象影视等领域的应用,已成为气象领域的重要课题。人工智能在提高人工影响天气科技创新能力,解决人工影响天气效果检验、装备技术等方面发挥着重要作用。文章在阐述国省一体化人工影响天气综合业务平台建设必要性和现状的基础上,对平台建设前景进行了深入分析,并从作业条件智能识别、作业效果智能评估、作业安全智能管理、指导产品智能生成等4个方面,提出了国省一体化人工影响天气综合业务平台的建设思路,以推动人工智能与气象业务深度融合,持续优化人工智能气象应用发展环境。

【Abstract】 AI has become the focus of a new round of international competition and a new engine for technological development. In recent years, strengthening the application of AI in industry meteorological services, weather modification,and meteorological film and television has become an important issue. AI plays an important role in boosting the technological innovation capability of weather modification, solving the effect testing, equipment technology. Thus, on the basis of elaborating on the necessity and current status of the construction of the national and provincial integrated artificial weather influence comprehensive business platform, this article analyzes the prospects of platform construction, and proposes construction ideas from four aspects: intelligent recognizing of working conditions, intelligent evaluation of working effects, intelligent management of safety, and intelligent generation of guiding products, in order to promote the full integration of AI and meteorological business, and continuously optimize the development environment of AI meteorological applications.
