铜箔粗糙度对高速高频PCB信号传输的影响研究
Research on the influence of copper foil roughness on high speed and high frequency PCB signal transmission
【摘要】 随着印制电路板(PCB)传输速率的日益提升,新出现的56 GB/s和112 GB/s的高速系统,以及更高的224 GB/s传输速率需求,正接近传统电子硬件的物理极限,对PCB的信号完整性提出了更大的挑战。本文主要研究在高速高频材料(如M6、M7、M8)上,不同的棕化药水对铜箔粗糙度影响导致的插损性能差异,探讨了棕化药水与PCB插损之间的关系,并提出了相应的改善措施。研究结果对于提高PCB性能具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 With the increasing transmission rate of printed circuit boards(PCBs),the emerging high-speed systems of 56GB/s and 112GB/s,as well as higher transmission rate requirements of 224GB/s,are approaching the physical limits of traditional electronic hardware,posing greater challenges to the signal integrity of PCBs.This article mainly studies the differences in insertion loss performance caused by the influence of different browning agents on the roughness of copper foil on high-speed and high-frequency materials(such as M6,M7,M8),explores the relationship between browning agents and PCB insertion loss,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.The research results have important guiding significance for improving PCB performance.
