专业学位研究生教育高质量发展探讨
High-Quality Development of Professional Degree Graduate Education: Connotation, Plights and Enhancement Path
【摘要】 研究生教育作为我国国民教育序列的最高层次,肩负着拔尖人才培养和创新创造的重要使命。当前,我国研究生教育培养仍然存在概念与类别属性混淆,分类培养体现不足;学科与行业目标脱离,产学融合层次不高;管理与评价单一固化,协同发展能力不强等问题。为此必须分类招生,优化和创新人才选拔模式;分类培养,完善和重构人才培养体系;科学评价,提升内生动力和育人成效,以促进专业学位研究生教育高质量发展。
【Abstract】 As the highest level of China’s national education sequence, post-graduate education assumes the mission of cultivating top-notch talents, innovating and creating. The contemporary post-graduate education still witnesses confusion in concept and category, insufficient consideration into classified training, discipline-trade detachment, low-level integration between production and learning, rigid management and assessment, weak ability in collaborated development. Therefore, both recruitment and cultivation should take classification into consideration so as to optimize the talent selection mode and improve talent training system. In addition, scientific assessment must be emphasized to promote the endogenous motivation and training effectiveness.
