【Abstract】 In the new era, local application-oriented universities in China are a dissipative structure far from equilibrium. The analysis of its internal and external development factors shows that the external factors account for the dominant role in promoting the orderly development of the universities. Therefore, these universities should fully utilize the favorable external factors by strengthening the collaboration between universities and the local regions, boosting the integration between schools and industries, accelerating the integration of scientific researches and instruction, and deepening the international cooperation, so as to promote the high quality development of universities.更多还原
