【摘要】 [目的]比较不同模式下罗氏沼虾的标粗效果,以期筛选出较好的标粗模式,进一步提升稻虾共作综合效益。[方法]采用温棚土池、温棚陆基智能化循环水圆池、池塘网箱3种不同模式进行罗氏沼虾苗的标粗培育,并检测不同标粗模式下罗氏沼虾的成活率、变异系数及特定生长率。[结果]3种模式的成活率分别为24.8%、35.6%、34.45%,变异系数分别为19.97%、13.64%、20.97%,特定生长率分别为4.43%、3.67%、3.23%。[结论]3种模式中,温棚陆基圆池智能化循环水养殖模式的成活率和整齐度优于其他2种模式,更适于罗氏沼虾苗标粗,利于成虾养殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objectives] The effects of coarse cultivation modes on the growth and survival rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were compared to screen out the better coarse cultivation modes and further improve the comprehensive benefits of shrimp-rice integrated system.[Methods] Three modes including the greenhouse soil pond,the greenhouse land-based intelligent circulating water circular pond,and the pond net cage were used for the standard coarse cultivation of Macrobrachium rosenbergii seedlings.The survival rate,coefficient of variation,and specific growth rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii under different coarse cultivation modes were detected.[Results] The results showed that the survival rate of the three modes was 24.8%,35.6%,and 34.45%,respectively.The coefficient of variation under the three modes was 19.97%,13.64% and 20.97%,respectively.The specific growth rate of the three modes was 4.43%,3.67%,and 3.23%,respectively.[Conclusions] It is indicated that the survival rate and uniformity of the greenhouse land-based intelligent circulating water circular pond was better than that of the other two modes,which is more suitable for the coarse cultivation of Macrobrachium rosenbergii and beneficial for farming adult shrimp.更多还原
