【摘要】 目的 探讨职业病诊疗过程中医患纠纷发生的原因分析与防范对策。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月在医院诊疗的2000例职业病患者为对象，结合诊疗时间分组。2022年1月至2022年12月在医院诊疗的1000例是对照组，实施常规诊疗；2023年1月至2023年12月在医院诊疗的1000例是观察组，实施防范对策。比较两组医患纠纷发生率、诊疗满意度、诊疗完成度。结果 观察组医患纠纷发生率低于对照组，诊疗满意度、诊疗完成度高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 明确职业病诊疗过程中医患纠纷发生的原因并实施防范对策，可降低医患纠纷发生率，提高患者诊疗满意度与诊疗完成度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes and preventive measures of disputes between traditional Chinese medicine and patients during the diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 2000 occupational disease patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital were selected as the subjects, and grouped according to the diagnosis and treatment time. From January 2022 to December 2022, 1000 patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital were selected as the control group, and routine diagnosis and treatment were implemented. The 1000 cases diagnosed and treated in hospitals from January 2023 to December 2023 were in the observation group, and preventive measures were implemented. Compare the incidence of medical disputes, satisfaction with diagnosis and treatment, and completion of diagnosis and treatment between two groups. Results The incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction and completion of diagnosis and treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clarifying the causes of doctor-patient disputes during the diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases and implementing preventive measures can reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes, improve patient satisfaction and completion of diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
