【摘要】 目的 分析鼻咽癌患者放化疗期间实施肌肉放松训练、吞咽锻炼联合干预对患者心态、吞咽功能的影响。方法 选择2022年10月至2023年10月在福建省肿瘤医院治疗的患者68例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施肌肉放松训练、吞咽锻炼联合护理，对两组患者护理前后心理状态、吞咽功能、生活质量进行评估，并调查患者对护理的满意度。结果 护理后，观察组焦虑、抑郁评分以及临床检查、饮食测试、正常进食等吞咽功能评分均低于对照组（均P <0.05）；观察组患者对护理的总满意度，生理、心理、物质生活、社会功能等生活质量评分均高于对照组（均P <0.05）。结论 鼻咽癌患者接受放化疗过程中实施肌肉放松训练、吞咽锻炼联合干预效果良好，能够调节患者心理状态，强化吞咽功能，提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of muscle relaxation training and swallowing exercise combined intervention on the mentality and swallowing function of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods A total of 68 patients who were treated in the Fujian Cancer Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group implemented a combination of muscle relaxation training and swallowing exercise nursing. Psychological status, swallowing function, and quality of life were assessed before and after nursing care in both groups, and patients’ satisfaction with nursing care was investigated. Results After care, the observation group’s anxiety and depression scores as well as swallowing function scores such as clinical examination, dietary test, and normal feeding were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05). The observation group’s patients’ total satisfaction with care, and quality of life scores such as physiological,psychological, physical, and social functioning were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusions The combined intervention of muscle relaxation training and swallowing exercise during radiotherapy and chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients has a good effect, which can regulate the patient’s psychological state, strengthen swallowing function, and improve quality of life.更多还原
