【摘要】 目的 探究寻常型银屑病应用中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）的疗效。方法 于2018年1月至2024年1月，选取我院诊治的60例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象，分为对照组（n=30）给予NB-UVB、联合组（n=30）给予中药药浴联合NB-UVB。检测对比两组中医症候积分、炎性反应、血液流变学、银屑病面积及严重程度指数（PASI）评分、临床疗效。结果 治疗后联合组中医症候积分，肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α、白细胞介素（IL）-8、IL-17，全血低切、中切、高切黏度水平，PASI评分均低于对照组（均P <0.05）。联合组总有效率高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 中药药浴联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病，可改善患者症状及血液流变学，减轻炎性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB in psoriasis vulgaris. Methods From January 2018 to January 2024, 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(n=30) to receive NB-UVB, and combination group(n=30) to receive traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB. TCM syndrome score, inflammatory response, hemorheology, psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The TCM symptom score, tumour necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-8, IL-17, whole blood low-cut, medium-cut and high-cut viscosity levels, and PASI score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can significantly improve the symptoms and hemorheology of patients, reduce inflammatory response.更多还原
