【摘要】 目的 探讨基于趣味化课程理念的微课结合情景模拟教学法在骨科实习带教中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年3月至2023年3月在宁德市闽东医院骨科实习的60名医学生为研究对象，以2021年3月至2022年3月实习的30名医学生为对照组，予以常规带教，以2022年4月至2023年3月实习的30名医学生为观察组，予以基于趣味化课程理念的微课结合情景模拟教学法。4周教学结束后，比较两组学员考核成绩，综合素质评分及带教满意度。结果 观察组学员理论知识得分、临床操作得分及考核总分相较于对照组学员均更高（P <0.05）；观察组学员沟通能力、问题分析能力、自主学习能力、人文素养、临床思维评分相较于对照组学员均更高（P <0.05）；观察组学员对于带教的满意度相较于对照组更高（P <0.05）。结论 基于趣味化课程理念的微课结合情景模拟教学法在骨科实习带教中的应用能有效提高学员考核成绩，增强学员综合素质，提升学员对带教的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lessons combined with scenario simulation teaching method based on interesting curriculum concept in orthopedic practice teaching. Methods Sixty medical students who practiced in the Department of Orthopedics in Mindong Hospital of Ningde City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, 30 medical students who practiced from March 2021to March 2022 were selected as the control group for routine teaching, and 30 medical students who practiced from April 2022 to March 2023were selected as the observation group. Based on the idea of interesting curriculum, the teaching method of micro lesson combined with scene simulation is proposed. After 4 weeks of teaching, the assessment scores, comprehensive quality scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the theoretical knowledge score, clinical operation score and total assessment score of the observation group were higher(P<0.05), the communication ability, problem analysis ability, independent learning ability, humanistic literacy and clinical thinking scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the satisfaction of students in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of micro-course combined with scenario simulation teaching method based on interesting curriculum concept in orthopedic practice teaching can effectively improve students’ assessment results, enhance students’ comprehensive quality, and enhance students’ satisfaction with teaching.更多还原
