【摘要】 目的 分析基于循证护理的营养支持和护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年3月我院收治的100例COPD患者，随机分为两组，每组50例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用基于循证护理的营养支持和护理干预，比较两组的干预效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组BMI、微型营养评价、转铁蛋白、白蛋白和血清前蛋白均更优，肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积和第1秒用力呼气容积与肺活量之比提升，氧分压、二氧化碳分压指标更优，焦虑和抑郁评分更低（P <0.05）。结论 予以COPD患者基于循证护理的营养支持和护理干预，为患者疾病治疗期间提供了充分的营养支持，促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the effect of nutritional support and nursing intervention based on evidence-based nursing in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 100 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases each. The control group used conventional nursing care, and the study group used nutritional support and nursing intervention based on evidence-based nursing care to compare the intervention effects of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had better BMI, micro-nutritional evaluation, transferrin, albumin and serum preprotein, elevated lung volume,1st second expiratory volume with exertion and 1st second expiratory volume with exertion to lung volume ratios, better oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure indexes, and lower anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05). Conclusions Nutritional support and nursing interventions based on evidence-based care for patients with COPD provide adequate nutritional support during disease treatment and promote patient recovery.更多还原
