【摘要】 目的 观察膝关节周围骨折术后应用早期康复护理对改善术后膝关节功能的效果。方法 纳入2022年12月至2023年12月福建省立医院收治的100例膝关节周围骨折手术患者。采用盲摸双色球法均分为试验组和对照组，各50例。对照组行一般护理，试验组加用早期康复护理。比较两组的膝关节功能、日常生活能力、生活质量、疼痛及并发症发生情况。结果 干预后，两组膝关节功能（HSS）各子项评分、日常生活能力（Barthel指数）、生活质量（SF-36）评分均较干预前提高，且试验组评分均高于对照组（P <0.05）。试验组疼痛率为20.0%，低于对照组的42.0%(P <0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为6.0%，低于对照组的20.0%(P <0.05)。结论 早期康复护理能够改善膝关节周围骨折术后患者的膝关节功能，提高日常生活能力及生活质量，缓解疼痛，减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of applying early rehabilitation care after periprosthetic knee fracture on improving postoperative knee function. Methods A total of 100 periprosthetic knee fracture surgery patients admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from December 2022to December 2023 were included. They were equally divided into a test group and a control group, 50 cases each, using the blind touch bicolor method. The control group practiced general nursing care, and the experimental group added early rehabilitation care. The knee joint function, daily living ability, quality of life, pain and complication occurred in the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of knee joint function subscales(HSS), daily living ability(Barthel index) and quality of life(SF-36) scores of both groups were improved compared with those before the intervention, and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The pain rate in the experimental group was 20.0%, which was lower than the 42.0% in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group was 6.0%, lower than that of the control group, which was 20.0%(P<0.05). Conclusions Early rehabilitation care can improve the knee joint function of postoperative patients with periprosthetic knee fractures, improve the ability of daily life and quality of life, relieve pain and reduce complications.更多还原
