【摘要】 目的 观察急性咽炎治疗中金银花口服液的应用疗效。方法 回顾性选取2020年2月至2023年2月本院急性咽炎患者100例的临床资料，依据治疗方法分为金银花口服液组、蒲地蓝口服液组两组，各50例。统计分析两组症状积分、临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况、满意度。结果 治疗前，两组患者的咽干、咽痛、头痛、发热、咳嗽积分及症状总积分之间的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的咽干、咽痛、头痛、发热、咳嗽积分及症状总积分均低于治疗前（P<0.05），而且金银花口服液组患者的咽干、咽痛、头痛、发热、咳嗽积分及症状总积分均低于蒲地蓝口服液组（P<0.05）。金银花口服液组患者的总有效率96.00%(48/50）高于蒲地蓝口服液组80.00%(40/50）（χ~2=6.061,P<0.05）。金银花口服液组患者的咽干、咽痛、头痛、发热、咳嗽消失时间均短于蒲地蓝口服液组（P<0.05）。金银花口服液组患者的不良反应发生率2.00%(1/50）稍低于蒲地蓝口服液组4.00%(2/50），但二者之间的差异无统计学意义（χ~2<0.001,P>0.05）。金银花口服液组患者的满意度94.00%(47/50）高于蒲地蓝口服液组76.00%(38/50），χ~2=6.353,P<0.05。结论 急性咽炎治疗中金银花口服液的应用疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of honeysuckle oral liquid in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients with acute pharyngitis in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups:the honeysuckle oral liquid group and the pudilan oral liquid group,with 50 patients in each group.Statistical analysis of two groups of symptom scores,clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance,incidence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of dry throat,sore throat,headache,fever,cough,and total symptom scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of dry throat,sore throat,headache,fever,cough,and total symptom scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment (P<0.05).The scores of dry throat,sore throat,headache,fever,cough,and total symptom scores of patients in the honeysuckle oral liquid group were lower than those in the pudilan oral liquid group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the honeysuckle oral liquid group was 96.00%(48/50) higher than that in the pudilan oral liquid group,which was 80.00%(40/50)（χ~2=6.061,P<0.05).The disappearance time of dry throat,sore throat,headache,fever,and cough in the honeysuckle oral liquid group was shorter than that in the pudilan oral liquid group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with honeysuckle oral liquid group was slightly lower at 2.00%(1/50) than that in pudilan oral liquid group at 4.00%(2/50),but the difference between the two was not statistically significant（χ~2<0.001,P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the honeysuckle oral liquid group was94.00%(47/50) higher than that in the pudilan oral liquid group,which was 76.00%(38/50)(χ~2=6.353,P<0.05).Conclusions The application of honeysuckle oral liquid in the treatment of acute pharyngitis has a significant therapeutic effect.更多还原
