【摘要】 ‘卫民4号’是通过系统选育方法,从祁门槠叶种群体中筛选出的茶树新品种。其幼嫩芽叶呈浅绿色,春季采摘期为4月上旬。茶芽顶端优势较弱,顶芽与侧芽几乎同步萌发。春季一芽二叶蒸青茶样的水浸出物、茶多酚、游离氨基酸以及咖啡碱的含量分别为49.4%、21.4%、3.5%和4.1%。经过制烘青绿茶工艺后,其干茶色绿,显毫;汤色嫩绿较明亮;香气清新且花香显;滋味甘醇鲜爽。经过连续三年的感官评审,其品质综合评分平均为92.0,具有较高的品质。适宜在安徽省江南茶区进行种植。更多还原

【Abstract】 ’Weimin 4’ is a new tea plant cultivar selected from the Keemenzhong through a systematic selection method. Its young buds and leaves are light green and it is harvested in early April.The tea buds are not dominant apically,and the top and side buds sprout almost synchronously. The content of water extracts,tea polyphenols,amino acids and caffeine in the spring samples of one bud and two leaves tea leaves after steaming process were 49.4%,21.4%,3.5% and 4.1%,respectively. After the baking green tea process,the dried tea leaves are green in colour,with hairs visible;the liquor color is tender green and bright;the tea aroma is fresh and floral;the tea taste is sweet and refreshing. After consecutive three years of sensory evaluations,its comprehensive quality score averaged at 92.0 points,attesting to its consistently high-quality standards. This cultivar is suitable for planting in tea production areas of Jiangnan in Anhui Province.更多还原
