空间辐射位移效应西安脉冲堆中子试验平台及应用
Xi’an Pulsed Reactor Neutron Test Platform in Studying Space Radiation-Induced Displacement Damage Effect and Its Application
【摘要】 空间辐射环境中的重离子、质子、电子等载能粒子辐照产生的位移效应是影响航天器在轨高可靠、长寿命运行的重要因素之一。基于中子辐照等效空间载能粒子产生的位移效应是评价航天器电子元器件抗辐射能力的重要手段。西安脉冲反应堆是空间辐射位移效应研究的重要平台,自建成以来,为国内多家器件生产、系统研制、型号应用等单位在抗辐射加固设计、考核评估、效应机理等工作中提供了重要支撑。本文综述了电子器件位移效应机理与敏感性、位移效应中子等效试验方法和西安脉冲反应堆中子试验平台及其典型应用。
【Abstract】 The displacement damage effect induced by irradiation of energetic particles such as heavy ions, protons, and electrons in the space radiation environment is one of the important factors affecting the high reliability and long service life of spacecraft in orbit. The displacement damage effect equivalent to neutron irradiation, which mimics space energetic particles, is an important method of evaluating the radiation resistance of spacecraft electronic components. Xi’an Pulsed Reactor is an important platform for the study of space radiation displacement damage effect and, since its establishment, provides significant support for domestic component manufacturers, system development, and model application units in the work of radiation hardening design, assessment, and mechanism research. In this paper, the mechanism and sensitivity of displacement damage effects in electronic devices, the neutron equivalent experimental method for displacement damage effects, the neutron test platform of Xi’an Pulsed Reactor, and its typical applications are summarized.
