【Abstract】 The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "improve the level of urban planning, construction, and governance". How to lead and promote the governance shift of urban and rural planning profession and industry is an important mission entrusted to the planning industry in the new era. The current international and domestic situation has undergone significant changes, and the logic and driving mechanism of urban development has changed simultaneously.
