新型环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷无规共聚醚磷酸酯的合成及在涂料体系中的应用
Synthesis of a Novel Random Copolyether Phosphate Ester of Epoxyethane/Epoxypropane and Its Application in Coating Systems
【摘要】 以甲醇为引发剂,以环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为原料合成环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷无规共聚醚,然后与五氧化二磷进行酯化反应,合成一种环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷无规共聚醚磷酸酯,并采用核磁共振、红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对其结构进行了表征.将合成的环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷无规共聚醚磷酸酯应用于溶剂型聚氨酯(PU)、硝基(NC)木器漆体系中,并对其应用性能进行研究.结果表明,所制备漆膜具有优异的展色性、指研色差和储存稳定性.
【Abstract】 Using methanol as the initiator, an epoxy ethane/epoxy propane random copolyether was synthesized from epoxy ethane and epoxy propane. This copolyether was then subjected to an esterification reaction with phosphorus pentoxide to synthesize an epoxy ethane/epoxy propane random copolyether phosphate ester. The structure of the product was characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectroscopy, and gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The synthesized epoxy ethane/epoxy propane random copolyether phosphate ester was applied to solvent-based polyurethane(PU) and nitro(NC) wood paint systems, and its application performance was studied. The results indicated that the resulting coatings exhibited excellent color development, color difference upon fingerprinting, and storage stability.
