多路阀复合抗干扰性能分析及试验验证

【摘要】 为检测多路阀的复合抗干扰能力,利用AMESim软件对国内某厂家生产的多路阀进行了整体仿真,并将仿真与试验结果进行对比,以测试不同负载下多路阀负载端的流量情况。对比的结果表明:随着负载压力的升高,多路阀的泄漏增大;当负载力达到35 MPa时,LS回路的安全阀发生溢流,负载端检测的流量发生明显的下降;欠流量的工况下,高负载端的流量分流比要低于低负载端的流量分流比。

【Abstract】 In order to detect the composite anti-interference ability of multi-way valves, this paper uses AMESim software to simulate the multi-way valve produced by a domestic manufacturer, and compares the simulation results with the test results to measure the flow rate at the load end of the multi-way valve under different loads, and the comparative results show that with the increase of load pressure, the leakage of multi-way valves increases; When the load force reaches 35 MPa, the safety valve of the LS circuit overflows, and the flow rate detected at the load end drops significantly; Under the underflow condition, the traffic distribution ratio of the high load side is lower than that of the low load side.
