电容式含水传感器极板间油液更替时间研究
Study on Oil Replacement Time Between Plates of Capacitive Water-containing Sensor
【摘要】 液压系统中的水污染严重影响系统工作可靠性,因此利用含水传感器实时准确地响应系统油液含水率的变化对液压系统的健康维护至关重要。电容式含水传感器通过测量介电常数的变化来间接测量水分含量,而电容极板间油液更替的时间直接反应传感器的动态响应特性。选择了两种仿真方法对极板间油液的更替情况进行了分析,并搭建试验系统进行了验证,结果表明,物质组分输运模型更适合仿真分析电容型含水传感器的响应特性。提出的仿真方法为电容式含水传感器动态响应特性的分析提供一种新的思路,分析结果可为电容式含水传感器的采样时间选择提供参考,以获得准确可靠的含水率检测结果。
【Abstract】 Water pollution in hydraulic systems has a serious impact on the reliability of system operation, so it is crucial to use water content sensors to accurately respond to changes in the water content of system oil in real time for the health maintenance of hydraulic systems. The capacitive water content sensor indirectly measures the water content by measuring the change in dielectric constant, and the time of oil replacement between the capacitor plates directly reflects the dynamic response characteristics of the sensor. This article selected two simulation methods to analyze the replacement of oil between the electrode plates and established an experimental system for verification. The results showed that the material component transport model is more suitable for simulating and analyzing the response characteristics of capacitive water sensors. The simulation method proposed in this article provides a new approach for analyzing the dynamic response characteristics of capacitive water content sensors. The analysis results can provide reference for the selection of sampling time for capacitive water content sensors, in order to obtain accurate and reliable water content detection results.
