湖北省三级医院后勤服务外包人力资源现状分析
Analysis on the Current Situation of Logistics Service Outsourcing Human Resources in Tertiary Hospitals in Hubei Province
【摘要】 运用问卷调查法和现场访谈法,对湖北省多家三级医院的后勤服务外包公司员工的相关特征指标进行分析,内容包括人员的年龄结构、学历结构、工龄结构及工作环境满意度等。结果表明:湖北省多家三级医院后勤用人出现老龄化趋势,存在学历总体水平偏低、专业对口技术人员供不应求等情况。相关单位可以通过引进新鲜血液、招募专业人才、落实管理制度、完善激励机制等方式推进后勤服务管理水平的提高。
【Abstract】 The questionnaire survey method and on-site interview method were used to analyze the relevant characteristic indicators of employees of logistics service outsourcing companies in many tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province, including the structure of age, education, length of service and satisfaction with working environment, etc. The results showed that, there is an aging trend in logistics personnel, with an overall low level of education and a shortage of professional technical personnel in many tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province. The logistics service management levels could be improved by introducing new blood, recruiting professional talents, implementing management systems, and improving incentive mechanisms.
