基于激光扫描技术的灰库三维形貌重建系统的设计与试验

【摘要】 灰库的主要作用是收集并短期储存锅炉设备产生的飞灰,需要定期对灰库内部环境进行检测。针对灰库内部粉尘较多、可视条件较差的作业环境,提出一种基于激光扫描技术的灰库三维形貌重建系统。采用自主研发的倒置式三维激光扫描装置对灰库进行扫描获取原始点云,再对原始点云数据进行处理,最后对处理后的点云数据应用三维重建算法实现灰库三维形貌重建。使用该系统对火电厂某灰库进行验证试验,结果证明,该系统可以准确检测灰库内壁黏结情况与库底积灰状态。

【Abstract】 The primary purpose of an ash silo is to temporarily collect and store fly ash produced by boiler operations, necessitating regular internal environment monitoring. Addressing the challenges of a dusty and visually obscured environment within ash silos, this paper presents a three-dimensional shape reconstruction system utilizing laser scanning technology. The system utilizes a self-developed inverted 3D laser scanning device to capture the original point cloud data of the ash silo. This data is subsequently processed and fed into a 3D reconstruction algorithm to reconstruct the silo′s shape. The system has been tested in a thermal power plant′s ash silo, demonstrating its ability to accurately detect adhesion on the silo′s inner wall and ash deposits at the silo′s bottom.
