青藏高原小麦蛋白质含量的影响因素及空间分布特征
Influencing factors and spatial distribution characteristics of protein content of wheat in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau
【摘要】 为揭示影响青藏高原小麦蛋白质含量(GPC)的关键环境因子,明确青藏高原地区小麦GPC的空间分布,基于2021-2022年间青藏高原小麦蛋白质含量实测数据,结合地理、气候和土壤等环境因子,采用逐步回归建立青藏高原小麦蛋白含量预测模型,分析影响青藏高原小麦GPC的影响因素和空间分布特征.结果表明:(1)在空间分布上,小麦GPC在水平方向呈北高南低,垂直方向随海拔增加而降低;(2)根据实测结果,青藏高原小麦GPC平均值为11.3%,变幅为7.2%-17.1%,常规种植模式下以GPC-L为主,仅河西走廊农业区小麦GPC均值12.55%和95%置信区间[12.03,13.07];(3)影响小麦GPC的环境因子主要是土壤因子和气候因素,其次是地理因子.小麦GPC随5-15 cm厚度土壤黏粒(Btcly515)和6月太阳辐射(Strd6)的增加而降低,随5-15 cm氮密度(Tnd515)的增加而增加;3个变量的变化可解释小麦GPC变化的62.7%;小麦GPC与纬度呈正相关,随纬度增大而增加.综上,青藏高原小麦GPC受土壤、气候及地理因子的综合影响,空间分布格局整体上呈聚集分布但局部有斑块状交错、水平分布趋势北高南低;因此,可根据关键环境影响因子,在一江两河、藏东南、河西走廊等GPC-L小麦区域进行合理布局,打造高原特色饼干、糕点专用弱筋小麦种植区.(图3表8参46)
【Abstract】 To identify the key environmental factors determining the grain protein content(GPC) of wheat in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, the spatial distribution of the GPC of wheat in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau was clarified.Based on data from 2021 to 2022, combined with environmental factors, including geography, climate, and soil,a prediction model of the wheat protein content in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau was established by stepwise regression, and the influencing factors and spatial distribution characteristics of wheat GPC in Qinghai-Xizang Plateau were analyzed. The results showed that:(1) In terms of spatial distribution, the GPC of wheat was high in the north and low in the south, decreasing with an increase in altitude.(2) The average GPC was 11.3%, with a range of 7.2%-17.1%. GPC-L was dominant under conventional planting mode, and only the average GPC of wheat in the Hexi Corridor agricultural area was 12.55%(95% CI: 12.03, 13.07).(3) The main environmental factors affecting wheat GPC were soil and climatological factors, followed by geographical factors. The GPC of wheat decreased with an increase in soil clay(Btcly515) and June solar radiation(Strd6) at 5-15 cm, and increased with an increase in the nitrogen density(Tnd515) at 5-15 cm. Changes in these three variables explained 62.7% of the changes observed in the GPC of wheat. The GPC of wheat was positively correlated with latitude. Taken together, the GPC of wheat in Qinghai-Xizang Plateau was found to be comprehensively influenced by soil, climatological, and geographical factors, the spatial distribution pattern of which was clustered but locally fragmented, high in the north and low in the south. These results provide a reference for the establishment of agricultural areas dedicated to GPC-L wheat, including in southeast Xizang and the Hexi Corridor, to facilitate wheat production in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.
