【摘要】 目的 了解自我控制与中医学类专业本科生隐性逃课行为的关系，为教育管理部门制订合理有效的干预措施提供参考依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法，于2023年3月至12月在黑龙江中医药大学中抽取1 509名中医学类专业学生，采用一般情况、大学生隐性逃课行为量表和自我控制量表进行问卷调查。结果 中医学类专业学生隐性逃课行为量表得分为（60.22±15.45）分。发生隐性逃课行为1 243名，发生率为82.37%。多元逐步回归分析结果显示入睡类型、课程内容吸引力、学习适应水平、自我控制是中医学类专业大学生隐性逃课的影响因素（P<0.05），调整控制变量后，自我控制与中医学类专业学生隐性逃课行为呈负相关（r=-0.383,P<0.05）。结论中医学类专业学生隐性逃课行为发生率较高。自我控制与中医学类专业学生隐性逃课行为呈负相关。应增强大学生的自我控制能力，以降低隐性逃课率，提高学习效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relationship between self-control and implicit truancy behavior among undergraduate students majoring in Chinese medicine, and to provide a reference for educational management departments to formulate reasonable and effective intervention measures. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was employed to select 1 509 clinical medical students from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March to December 2023, and the questionnaire survey was conducted by general situation, implicit truancy behavior scale, and self-control scale. Results The score of the Chinese medical students’ hidden skipping behavior scale was(60.22±15.45) points. A total of 1 243people had hidden truancy behavior, with an incidence rate of 82.37%. The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the type of sleep, attractiveness of teaching methods and content, level of learning adaptation, and self-control were the influencing factors for implicit truancy among Chinese medical college students(P<0.05). After adjusting for control variables, self-control negatively correlated with implicit truancy behavior of Chinese medicine students(r=-0.383,P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of implicit truancy among Chinese medical students is relatively high. Self-control is negatively correlated with implicit truancy behavior among Chinese medical students. Self-control of college students should be enhanced in order to reduce the rate of hidden truancy and improve the efficiency of learning.更多还原
