【摘要】 目的 了解三级公立医院临床医师保持医患人际信息连续的现况和态度、了解影响因素,为提升医疗服务连续性、提高患者疾病管理能力提供建议。方法 采用现象学研究方法,选取2024年3月至4月湖北省武汉市某三级公立医院的12名临床医师进行半结构深入访谈,遵循扎根理论研究方法的步骤,对数据进行编码和分析。结果 提炼出与医患人际信息连续相关的医方因素、患方因素、功能因素和平台因素4个方面的核心范畴并进行讨论。结论 建议增强三级公立医院临床医师人力资源配置及激励机制,建立便捷、安全、智慧的移动平台,并提升上下级医疗机构的服务连续性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation and attitudes of clinical doctors in third-tier public hospitals towards maintaining continuous patient-doctor interpersonal information, and to identify the influencing factors, in order to provide suggestions for improving healthcare service continuity and enhancing patients’ disease management ability.Methods A phenomenological research method was used, 12 clinical doctors from a third-level public hospital in Wuhan,Hubei Province were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews from March to April 2024. Following the steps of grounded theory research method, the data were coded and analyzed. Results Four core categories related to continuous patient-doctor interpersonal information were identified and discussed, including doctor-related factors, patient-related factors, functional factors, and platform factors. Conclusion It is recommended to enhance the human resource allocation and incentive mechanism for clinical doctors in third-tier public hospitals, to establish convenient, secure, and intelligent mobile platforms, and to improve the service continuity between upper and lowertiers of healthcare organizations.更多还原
