近10年人工智能技术应用于创伤领域的可视化分析

【摘要】 目的 分析人工智能(AI)在创伤领域的研究热点及应用趋势,为该领域研究者提供参考,并为我国创伤患者的诊治提供借鉴与指导。方法 在Web of Science核心合集数据库、中国知网和万方数据知识服务平台检索AI应用于创伤研究领域的相关文献,检索时限为2013年1月至2024年3月,采用文献计量学方法对机构、作者及关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入符合条件的英文文献550篇、中文文献125篇。显示在全球范围内,近10年AI应用于创伤领域的相关研究的年发文量整体呈上升趋势。发文量和总被引次数最高的机构为加州大学和北京积水潭医院。发文量最多的作者是Billiar Timothy R(5篇)、Najarian Kayvan(5篇)和吴新宝(5篇)。英文高频关键词有machine learning、traumatic brain injury、artificial intelligence、classification、deep learning mortality,management, injury, computed tomography, care等,可分为12个聚类。中文关键词包括骨折、人工智能、创伤骨科、机器学习和外科手术等,可分为11个聚类。结论 AI应用于创伤领域的相关研究具有广阔的应用前景。研究热点主要集中在创伤的诊断、检测与分类、治疗、预后预测等。本研究可以为该领域研究者提供参考。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the research hotspots and application trends of artificial intelligence(AI) in the field of trauma, which provides references for researchers in this field, and offers guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of trauma patients in our country. Methods Relevant literatures on AI application in the field of trauma research were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database, CNKI, and Wanfang Data, with a search time limit from January 2013 to March 2024. The bibliometrics method, a visual analysis of institutions, authors, and keywords were used. Results A total of 550 eligible articles in English and 125 articles in Chinese were included, which showed that the global annual publication volume of AI applied in the field of trauma research has been on the rise over the past decade. The University of California System and Beijing Jishuitan Hospital were identified as the institution with the highest publication volume and total citations. The authors with the most publications were Billiar Timothy R(five articles), Najarian Kayvan(five articles), and Wu Xinbao(five articles). The high-frequency English keywords included machine learning, traumatic brain injury, artificial intelligence, classification, deep learning, mortality, management, injury, computed tomography, care and so on, which could be categorized into 12 clusters. Chinese Keywords include fracture, artificial intelligence, trauma orthopedics, machine learning, and surgery, which can be categorized into 11 clusters. Conclusion The research on the application of artificial intelligence in the field of trauma with broad prospects. The research hotspots mainly are focused on the diagnosis,detection and classification, treatment, and prognosis prediction of trauma. This study can provide valuable references for researchers in this field.
