【摘要】 目的 构建适合中国国情的呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师胜任力评价体系。方法 本研究于2022年8月至2023年7月进行，采用文献综述结合德尔菲法，包括2轮专家函询，筛选、优化呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师胜任力评价指标。结果 两轮函询的有效问卷回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.905和0.914，专家咨询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.193（χ2=237.561,P<0.001）和0.157（χ2=212.459,P<0.001）。研究构建了胜任力评价体系，包括一级指标8项，二级指标38项。结论 本研究初步构建了呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师胜任力评价体系，更加适用于我国呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师规范化培训的实践临床环境，为规范化培训和教学提供了简单可行的胜任力评价方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish competency assessment system for residents specializing in Respiratory and Critical care medicine for China’s national conditions. Methods The study was conducted from August 2022 to July 2023, literature review combined with Delphi method, including two rounds of expert consultations were conducted to identify and refine competency assessment for residents in respiratory and critical care medicine. Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence were 100%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.905 and 0.914, respectively, and the Kendall harmony coefficients of expert consultation were 0.193(χ2=237.561, P < 0.001) and 0.157(χ2=212.459, P < 0.001),respectively. The study established a competency assessment system, comprising eight primary indicators and 38 secondary indicators. Conclusion This study initially constructs a competency evaluation system for residents in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine, which is more suitable for the practical clinical environment of standardized training for residents in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine in China, and provide a simple and feasible competency evaluation method for standardized training and teaching.更多还原
