微RNA与冠状动脉疾病研究的文献计量学评价
Bibliometric review of microRNA and coronary artery disease
【摘要】 目的 基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer探讨微RNA(miRNA)与冠状动脉疾病(CAD)研究的热点与趋势。方法 通过检索WebofScience核心合集数据库和中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网,获取2010年1月至2023年6月有关miRNA与CAD研究的相关文献,利用CiteSpace6.2.R2、VOSviewer1.6.19绘制作者、关键词共现、突现、时间线图谱。结果共纳入英文文献1733条,中文文献748条。中国是最高产的国家,中山大学是领先的研究机构,王阶发表论文最多。冠心病、动脉粥样硬化是主要关键词。结论 验证不同miRNA亚型对CAD的调控作用及其机制为主要热点,未来的研究将致力于促进miRNA在CAD早期诊断、治疗及预后中的临床应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the research hotspot and trend of micro RNA(mi RNAS) and coronary artery disease(CAD based on Cite Space and VOSviewer. Methods Web of Science core collection database and China National Knowledge Network, Wanfang Data, VIP were searched, and the relevant literatures on mi RNA and CAD studies from January 2010 to June 2023 was obtained. Cite Space 6.2.R2 and VOSviewer 1.6.19 were used to draw author, keyword co-occurrence,emergence and time line maps. Results A total of 1 733 English literatures and 748 Chinese literatures were included.China is the most productive country, Sun Yat-sen University as the leading research institution, and Wang Jie has published the most papers. Coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis were the main keywords. Conclusion The main focus is to verify the regulatory effects and mechanisms of different mi RNA subtypes on CAD. Future studies will be devoted to promoting the clinical application of mi RNA in early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of CAD.
