【摘要】 描述恶性青光眼患者的不确定感体验。采用目的抽样，解释性现象学的方法，对14名患者进行访谈，以疾病不确定性理论为理论框架，并使用Grbich的批评性话语分析（CDA）方法进行分析。恶性青光眼患者存在不同程度的心理问题，此外，信息缺乏，情绪的改变，日常生活及社会功能的改变，不确定感和生活质量下降为主要问题。青光眼患者受心理和情绪影响较大，心理症状较重，及时进行心理干预，减轻其不确定感可能会改善这类人群的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aims to describe the experience of uncertainty in patients with malignant glaucoma. Purposive sampling and interpretive phenomenological methods were used to conduct interviews with 14 patients. The theory of disease uncertainty was used as the theoretical framework, and Grbich’s critical discourse analysis(CDA) method was employed for analysis.Patients with malignant glaucoma have varying degrees of psychological problems. In addition, lack of information, emotional changes, alterations in daily life and social functioning, uncertainty and reduced quality of life are major problems. Glaucoma patients are greatly affected by psychological and emotional factors, and have severe psychological symptoms. Timely psychological intervention to alleviate their uncertainty may improve the quality of life of these patients.更多还原
